Tractor has:

*Two-cylinder, water cooled 15 hp diesel engine;
*Dual-range/8-speed (six forward, two reverse) transmission;
* Differential gear/differential lock
* Selectable 2WD or 4WD
* Three-speed PTO (note: PTO runs counterclockwise)
* Three point rear hitch
* High/low beam headlight, panel warning lights for oil/temp/charge (all working)

Accessories: snow plow blade and (if I can find it) driveway rake.

Details:

I have owned this tractor for the past five years; bought it with the house in 2004 from the previous owner of our home. He bought it new in the mid-1980s, so I am the second owner. I have most of the original paperwork, manuals, etc.

Reason I am selling:

I almost never use the tractor. I fire it up once a month or so and ride it around our land for about 15 minutes to keep the battery charged/circulate the oil, etc. I doubt I have put more than 20 miles on it in the whole time I have owned it. It's a great little machine but I just don't need it.

Condition:

Tractor is in good shape. Everything works properly. Starts up immediately even after weeks of just sitting. I know of no functional or other problems with it. Has been stored indoors all its life and regularly serviced (oil/filter changes once a year, radiator flushed, gear oil changed, etc.).

Price: I bought the tractor (with accessories) for $3,400 five years ago and given it's in pretty much the same condition now as it was then I'd like to get an offer in the same general ballpark. I'm reasonable - but you be too!
